Novus started because the aftermarket carbon fiber game was broken. Everything was either flimsy knockoff stuff or wildly overpriced. We knew the materials and processes existed to do it right — they just hadn't made it to the car world yet.

Through our aerospace manufacturing partnership, we get access to prepreg layup, autoclave curing, and AS9100-level quality control. The same stuff that goes into flight hardware — now going onto your car.

Most projects take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. Simple bolt-on pieces can ship in under 2 weeks, while full aero kits or custom one-offs typically take 4–6 weeks from design to delivery.
Wet carbon (hand layup) uses liquid resin applied manually — it's more affordable and great for cosmetic pieces. Dry carbon (prepreg) uses pre-impregnated resin cured under heat and pressure (autoclave), resulting in a lighter, stronger, and more consistent finish. We offer both depending on your needs.
Yes. We ship across the continental US with insured packaging designed for fragile composite parts. Local pickup is also available at our Southern California facility.
Absolutely — custom work is our specialty. Send us reference photos, measurements, or even a rough sketch and we'll quote it. We've built everything from one-off splitters to full widebody kits from scratch.
All Novus products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects including delamination, clear coat failure, and fitment issues when installed as directed. Custom commissions are covered under the same terms.
